1.     Your products look great, but how do I know if they are right for me?

 

Our brand is focused on supporting customers who are on a weight loss journey and specifically those on GLP-1 medications such as a Wegovy and Mounjaro. Our products aim to tackle the most commonly known side effects of GLP-1 medications.

 

2.     I am still a little unsure if your products are right for me, can I speak to somebody?

 

Yes, we offer a very responsive customer support team. Please email support@oushkfuel.com and our specialist team can even give you a call back to discuss further.

 

3.     Do you have sample sizes that I can try?

 

Yes, please head over to our products page where you will find sample   size products that you can purchase.

 

4.     Where can I find nutritional information about your products.

5.     What should I use to blend my protein shakes and how should I blend it?

 

We recommend using a blender to ensure your protein is mixed properly, or a hand-held protein shaker. Head over to our products page to pick up a shaker. Mix the protein with 300 ml of cold water or cold milk and shake for 15 seconds for the best results. We recommend no more than 2 servings (2 scoops) of the protein per day.

 

6.     I really want to add hot water to my products, is this possible?

 

Our products are not designed to be mixed with hot water as the protein will not mix correctly. However, you may try to mix the product with 300ml of cold water or milk to ensure the protein is fully dissolved and then either slightly warm the shake or add 50/100 ml of warm water.

 

7.     The protein is too sweet for my liking, is there anything I can try to make it less sweet?

 

The following steps have helped other customers with reducing the sweetness of the shakes.

 

·       Add around 100/200 ml of extra water or

·       Add around 100/200 ml of extra milk or

·       Add a touch of lime/lemon juice or

·       Add a small very small amount of salt

·       Using some unsweetened ice cream has helped.

 

8.     Is your protein product suitable for vegetarians.

 

Unfortunately, our whey and collagen protein products are not suitable for vegetarians.

 

9.     What type of collagen is in the protein shakes and what is the amount per serving?

 

Each serving contains 12.5g of beef collagen.

 

10.  I am lactose intolerant; can I use your whey and collagen protein product?

 

Unfortunately, not, whey products are not suitable for those with lactose intolerance.

 

11.  Is your product gluten free?

 

Unfortunately, it is not gluten free.

 

 

ORDERS AND DELIVERY

 

 

12.  How long does it take for me to receive my product?

 

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. You will then receive a shipping confirmation when your product has been dispatched. Your order will arrive between 3-5 working days after your shipping confirmation email has been sent.

 

13.  I made a mistake on my order; can I change it?

 

If we receive an email notification within 12 hours of your order being placed, we can make the necessary changes you request. Please contact support@oushkfuel.com.

 

14.  What are your returns and refund policy?

 

You have 14 days from when you receive your item, to ask for a refund. If you receive your order and change your mind, as long as the product has not been opened, the seal not broken and the goods are not damaged, you can contact support@oushkfuel.com and arrange for a return.

 

Once your order has been returned our team will inspect the products. The refund will be issued to you within 5 working days after we confirm safe and adequate return has been completed.

 

15.  Can I collect my product rather than it being shipped?

Yes, please choose the “collection” option at checkout.

 

16.  Can I add my Fuel order to my GLP-1 medication order so I only have to pay one shipping fee?

 

Yes, this is possible if you are purchasing your medication through Oushk Pharmacy only. You will need to purchase your fuel through our website and email support@oushkfuel.com with your medication order number from Oushk pharmacy so our team can ensure it is packed together.

 

17.  How can I find discount codes for your products and ensure I do not miss out?
